Send us your request.

Send us a link to the item you want us to buy and tell us where you want it shipped.

We send you an e-mail with the price.

Our quote includes the product price, our service fee, and a checkout link where you can pay.

Send us your payment to proceed.

Once we receive your payment we'll purchase the item, pack it for international shipping, and send you a second payment link with your shipping options.
Choose a shipping method.

For most products we can prepare a couple options. EMS and Registered Airmail are the most popular.

Express Mail Service (EMS) usually takes 3-5 days and includes tracking and insurance.

Registered Airmail takes about a week on average. Registered Airmail includes Delivery Confirmation but is not trackable.

Use the following Japan Post rate tables to estimate your costs:EMS charts, Airmail charts, Parcel Post SEA/SAL charts.
We add a service fee of 15% to the total product price (US$15.00 minimum). The product price includes any delivery fees to White Rabbit's fulfillment center in central Tokyo.

When ordering multiple items, our US$15.00 minimum fee applies separately to each individual shop we must purchase from.
