When to Use This Service
Use this Japan-based Package Forwarding Service when you are are able to buy something from a Japanese online shop and can complete the payment transaction yourself but when the seller doesn’t offer to ship the item outside Japan.

Use our Proxy Buying Service instead When the Japanese online store does not accept credit cards issued by a foreign bank or when you are having language difficulties buying items at the online store.

 
How it Works
1. Register for a Package Forwarding Customer-ID Number: Simply click here to complete our online registration form. You’ll instantly receive your assigned Customer-ID (WR) number in a confirmation email.

2. When you checkout at a Japanese web shop, simply enter our address as the shipping address. Be sure and include your assigned White Rabbit Customer Number (WR#) at the end of the address, as shown below:

3. Once the package arrives at our office, we’ll repack it for international shipment if necessary, then send you a payment request for the Shipping Cost plus our Service Fee. We offer a choice of EMS (Express Mail Service) with tracking and insurance, Registered Airmail and SAL (Surface Air Lift)

4. Once we receive your payment, your package will ship.

What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover via our secure payment gateway. We also accept payment by PayPal and money orders.

Rules & Restrictions
We do not accept Cash on Delivery. When checking out from an shopping site, be sure you pay in advance by credit card and do not select “cash on delivery” or some pay later option. Use our Proxy Buying Service instead if you need help completing the payment.

IMPORTANT! It is your responsibility to ensure that there are no laws or provisions against shipping your package from Japan to your country.  Package Forwarding Service Fees
In addition to the shipping charges from Japan to your destination address, you will also be responsible for our Package Forwarding Service Fee. Our Service Fee is based on the weight of the package we are forwarding to you.
