Use this Proxy Buying Service when the Japanese online store does not accept credit cards issued by a foreign bank or when you are having difficulties buying items at the online store.
Requests We Cannot Handle
We need a link to the product in a Japanese web shop. We are unable to spend much time searching for products on your behalf, so you are encouraged to find the product on your own and contact us once you are ready to proceed with the purchase.
Products which are not from Japan (such as an Apple iPad) and products which are widely availble outside of Japan (such as a Canon DSLR) usually cost more in Japan, especially after our service fee. The White Rabbit Proxy Buying Service is best used for items which are difficult or impossible to find outside of Japan and is not usually suitable for finding a deal on products available in your country.

Service Fee
The service fee for this proxy buying service is 15% of the Product Price or a US$15 minimum. Product Price is defined as the total cost to purchase the product plus delivery to the White Rabbit address. Our US$15 minimum fee applies separately to each individual store you order from.
